6- Clean up trash.
7- Contractor will need to stabilize all areas disturbed by construction. Before end of project.
If items are not addressed I will issue stop work order/notice of violation. Spoke to Chris site super in regards to all items.
12/18/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Contractor needs to:
1- Clean 34th. and 35th. streets.
2- Repair wattle around site.
3- Limit construction access. Install construction entrance as needed per approved SWPPP.
4- Limit vehicle access in basins.
