04/26/2007 GRADING - FINAL Not ready for Inspection Received complaint from Jesus Gomez, 2025 S. Rufus. Homeowner is concerned with flow coming from site. The sites detention/retention basin is located behind his property. Existing flow from the northeast side of the site has not changed. If the basin operaters the way it is designed it should slow the flow that runs behind his house. Left message for Mr. Gomez at 792-1873.
