12/07/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Partial Approval Contractor installing sewer line. Contractor needs to re-install inlet protection (rock wier) at basin inlet. This was installed to help stop flooding out existing homeowners, until basin is complete.
09/04/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Not ready for Inspection Met on site with homeowner, developer, contractor and engineer. Went over concerns homeowner has with site drainage. Developer will cut basin in and install check dams.
08/27/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Spoke to Mark with MW2 development, site has been in-active for more then 60 days. I explained to Mark that if work does not start in the next 2 weeks, I will issue a Notice of Violation. Contractor is in violation of state permit. Site needs to be stabilized. Mark said work should start in 2 weeks and it would not be a problem.
08/07/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Received complaint call from home owner who lives on the northeast corner of project. Home owner has concerns with drainage from site. I tried to explain how the detention basin will work. Home owner was not satified, so I gave them Loren's phone number so they could speak to him. Loren is the review engineer for this site.
05/21/2007 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Partial Approval Contractor installed fence front of project. Controls in place.
