Spoke to Mark with MW2 development, site has been in-active for more then 60 days. I explained to Mark that if work does not start in the next 2 weeks, I will issue a Notice of Violation. Contractor is in violation of state permit. Site needs to be stabilized. Mark said work should start in 2 weeks and it would not be a problem. |

Received complaint call from home owner who lives on the northeast corner of project. Home owner has concerns with drainage from site. I tried to explain how the detention basin will work. Home owner was not satified, so I gave them Loren's phone number so they could speak to him. Loren is the review engineer for this site. |
