08/29/2005 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Met with Owner/Developer and had a pre-con meeting, we discussed erosion control measures like construction entrance and conc. wash out area, silt fence was not installed at this time sense most of the site has block walls, I told him we would monitor wheather they are needed. I also told him that truncated domes are required and he said that his Arch. had told him the same thing.
