10/11/2006 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Spoke to Gale in regards to who will be responsible for pumping out the burrow pit after a storm event until construction starts on the building. Gale said Rio West will keep the burrow pit pumped out. I ask her to e-mail Elizabeth letting her know.
10/06/2006 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Contractor installed temp. fence around pit. Contractor supplied doc.s that need the citys engineer to approve before approval can be given.
08/29/2006 GRADING - FINAL Denied Contractor needs to address:
1- Install temp fencing around entire perimeter of borrow area. Per the plan notes.
2- Pump out standing water in bottom of borrow pit. Per plan notes.
3- Submit Documentation per note #6 on permit card.
4- Submit letter from engineer with assement of borrow pit side slopes and borrow pit condition.
5- Submit letter from engineer on deletion of borrow pit/block B.

06/22/2006 GRADING - FINAL Not ready for Inspection Contractor is building site with no approved drawing on site. Streets have changed from 30' to 24'. Sent out e-mail to Elizabeth for asking for direction.
