08/17/2006 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Partial Approval Contractor addressed some items from last inspection, continues to work on punch list.
08/07/2006 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Partial Approval Contractor needs to:
1- Repair security fence.
2- Repair controls around catch basin northwest corner.
3- Repair gravel pad entrance.
4- Install controls northeast corner.
5- Install controls southeast corner. Around stock pile.

1- Repair/replace silt fence on northwest corner. (2nd notice)
2- Install drainage channel south side of project.
Spoke to Brent site super in regards to issues. Need to watch catch basins and west side for erosion.

1- Install stormwater controls around all catch basins.
2- Repair silt fence on northwest corner of project.
