This office inspected the subject project on April 02, 2008 and found the following items in need of attention. Please consider this letter the punch list items to be addressed/ rectified prior to the acceptance of improvements in the public rights-of-way by the City of Tucson for maintenance and operation. Future inspections will require a Letter of Certification that the Engineer of Record has resolved all punch list items. In addition to the following items, Traffic Engineering may have additional punch list items pertaining to traffic signage and striping.

1.Please insure that the Right-of-Way Excavation Permit is current before working on any punch list items. If the permit is expired, a new permit for the P.I.A is required prior to any remedial work or re-inspection of the subject site.
2.Streets to be swept clear of dirt and debris.
3.Unnecessary depressed curb on the eastside of Lakeside View Drive on Stella Road to be closed and buffer zone filled in.
4. Footprints and graffiti were noticed on the sidewalk along Stella east from Lakeside View Drive.
5. On sidewalk squares 9 and 10 counting south from the sidewalk jog on Sarnoff have graffiti etched into them.
6. There is a large hole at back of curb on the westside of Lake Ridge Loop, for irrigation lines, to be filled in.
7. There is a smaller hole on the eastside, for the irrigation, to be filled in .
8. Clear protective plastic to be removed from truncated domes throughout project.
9. There is a pavement failure on Stella in the patch area at Lakeside View Drive.
10. Lakeside View Drive is closed to traffic due to a cable line that is yet to be installed.
11. A temporary irrigation line was noticed across bike path supplying city water to lot 50 that is to be disconneted.
12. At the south end of the bike path post barricades are to be installed to prevent vehicular traffic from using the bike path.
13. The north end of the bike path is not level with the sidewalk that it intersects along Stella.
14. There is no curb access at the north end of the bike path to allow access, by bikes, on to Stella along with post barricades to protect the path from vehicular traffic.
15. The testing data you submitted indicate that compaction and pavement thickness is below standards. Coring on Lakeside Ridge Loop, testing site 15+75, to be done to establish the limits of the deficiency to be removed and replaced.
