Spoke to Dennis in regards to items. Dennis told me it was the landscapers who dumped to soil off site. Dennis said he will have it cleaned up ASAP.
10/19/2006 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Contractor needs to clean wash out on Bright View and Sun View. Provide stucco contractor wash out area. This is the 4th. correction in the last 4 inspections. I explained to Dennis site super, that if the site is not cleaned by my next inspection I will issue a Stop Work Order until it is clean.

1- Clean sidewalk infront of 6434 Sunrise Valley.
2- Clean and repair concrete wash out. (leaking)
3- Address stucco and drywall wash out around site. (no controls used)
4- Clean drywall/concrete wash out in street front of 3865 Sun View Ct.
5- Clean street (bright Sun Ave) Drywall wash out ran down curb line.

1- Stabilizing area behind homes that back up to Valencia. Bob said the land department was going to do this at a later date. SWC will stay in place until then.
2- Install controls around detention basin. Bob is get a crew out to take care of this.
3- Silt fence needing repairson south side of project. Bob said crew would be out before the end of the week to fix this problem.
