PER MR. UPDIKE-Notice dated 10-26-05. Staff at TDOT and Parks is working with the adjacent townhome developer & HOA to cure the drainage issues. This requires permits and special permission from the City to do private work on public land, including conveyance of a drainage easement. This work should occur before end of Spring, 2006. |
