09/12/2024 COT - BASN - Drainage/Basin - Annual Inspection - Recur Basin - Poor Trash, debris, and minor sediment noted in all the basins. Overgrown vegetative material noted in the most of the basins but mainly in the western basin. Damaged trees were noted in the western basin and the northeastern base that needs to be removed during the cleaning process. Also a sink hole has been noted in the base located in the south eastern basin that will need to be filled in. The Engineer of Record needs to verify that there is no other reason for the sink hole when he performs his annual inspection for this site.
