10/07/2026 COT - BASN - Drainage/Basin - Annual Inspection - Recur Basin - Poor Outlet weir elevation is higher than a section of the basin top at south side of Basin. Storm water would exit the basin here and run into the parking lot to the south of the basin before running over the basin weir as designed. The basin top needs to be rebuilt as designed to function. South of the outlet weir is a catch basin with a drain pipe that is clogged with sediment and debris. This should be cleared.
