3/17/2004, 1:06 pm, vehicles are being stored in the front yard area of the property. 2 vehicles are stored to the south side yard. Vehicles are screened with black plastic. Property owner indicated to me that he was advised by neighborhood resourses and the TPD that it was an acceptable maner in which to store vehicles. I advised property owner that I would check with my supervisor. |
