Site visit 1, 1:20 pm. Site developed as Metro Auto Car lot. Met office manager, Catherine Galyon on site. She stated they did not have their C of O yet, just needed a little more time and would fax it to me. Car sales occurring. HT advised I need a C of O a/s/a/p because they technically were operating without zoning approval. She did advise that she understood the zoning counter had approved the use. She will fax the C of O. HT to send agreement letter. HT |
