12/29/04 - WALL TO EAST SIDE OF HOUSE HAS BEEN ENCLOSED. OWNER CAME OUTSIDE AND TOLD ME THAT CONTRACTOR SAID NO PERMIT WAS REQUIRED AND ONLY 1 WALL WAS BUILT. SHE WAS VERY UPSET AND SUGGESTED TO CALL CONTRACTOR. SHE ALSO SAID TO WRITE NOV AND LEAVE IT AT DOOR. THEN SHE CLOSED DOOR. SEND NOV |
