The permit was intended for a modification of the property that was stopped shortly after it's begining. No additional work has taken place. Ms. Morton was advised that any future modifications to the property mus tbe properly permitted of charges will be filed again. Case is closed.
12/13/2005 FOLLOW UP CODE VIOLATION Continued I spoke with Cathrine Morton: property owner, Randy Orton: contractor and Randall Jacob: architect today. There has been no construction for quite some time. The owner wants to turn the property into a resturant and is in the process of getting the use reclassified. They are very close and will pull the appropriate permits once the relcass is approved. Then construction will begin as well as inspections.
