*PRE-CITATION - Care must be taken when digging around blue stake markings. Employees shall be trained and supervised while performing work around any lines that are hazardous. When using heavy equipment a spotter shall be used. This gas line was ruptured by an employee with a shovel. There were no injuries. This line was 1" polyethylene.
