1. By rooms 131, 134 and 2nd floor stairwell, emergency backup lighting fail to work, shall repair all backup lighting. Need to set up an maintenance program and check all exit and backup lighting on an monthly bases. A way of doing this is to label all electrical breakers that supply power to exit signs and backup lighting. Turn off power to units and then walk around checking all of them at once. Units should stay illuminated for 90 minutes.
07/01/2004 VIOL - MEANS OF EGRESS Violation TFC 1010.17 Corridors. Corridors serving an occupant load greater than 30 and the openings therein shall provide an effective barrier to resist the movement of smoke. Transoms, louvers, doors and other openings shall be closed or be selfclosing.

1. All doors to exit hallways shall remain close at all times, you can not use doors stops to keep doors open. Both 1st and 2nd floors. (All door stops where removed during inspection)
