Shall clean up oil contaminated drit on property and dispose of it properly. Do not dump contaminated water from parts washer on ground. Applation for disposal was given to owner, and contact person to call at soild waste. A letter was given to owner and a copy is in the file. Re-inspection on August 16, 2004.

You do not meet the requirments for storage of flammable liquids to be stored on property. Shall remove flammable liquids to 30gals open use and install flammable a cabinet to hold the 30 gals when not in use. You are allowed to have 120gals if you have an approved control room per IBC and IFC codes, or install Flammable cabinets to hold all 120gals.
