Reinspection yard has been cleaned up and carport cleaned. Still some areas need cleaning but over all looks good. SWM is following up on trhe cleaning of the property. |

TFC 311 vacant premises. I inspected property out and took pictures. All pictures are in TFD files. I researched files and permit plus, found in permit plus a active file from SW. A inspector Carlos Portillo has been working with a woman that was living there in February 04. After reinspecting the property the large pile of trash in the front yard was cleaned up but in the back yard still needed work. Mr. Portillo talked to a man now living there and this person said he will have the junk cars removed. Mr. Portillo sent a letter to the owner of the property but it came back as undeliverable. So Mr. Portillo will be trying the county office to locate a good address. Mr. Portillo stated he will do another inspection and take care of the problem. |
