OUTLET BY SINK LOOSE FROM WALL, SHOWS OPEN GOUND. RANGE HOOD WIRED WITH ZIP CORD, NOT HARD WIRED. SOUTHWEST BEDROOM WINDOW HAS BEEN BLOCKED IN, NEW WINDOW INSTALLED, GOOD FOR EGRESS. WINDOW NOT COMPLETED. NEW WINDOW INSTALLED IN BATHROOM NOT COMPLETED. FRONT PORCH NOT BUILT TO SPECS, 2 BY 4'S OVER SPANNED, BEARING MEMBERS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY.BACK PORCH ALSO NOT BUILT TO SPECS, SAME PROBLEMS AS FRONT PORCH. FENCE BETWEEN YARDS BUILT FROM MULTIPLE MATERIALS, NEEDS TO BE REMOVED. EAST SIDE BLOCK WALL HAS BEEN ADDED ON TO IN A HAZARDOUS MANNER WITH NEW/ USED BLOCK INSTALLED WITH NO CODES IN MIND( KIND OF THROWN TOGETHER ). BACK STRUCTURE: FRONT DOOR HAS DBL KEYED DEADBOLT INSTALLED, DEADBOLT AND KNOB POSITION NEED TO BE REVERSED. HEATER IN LIVING NOT APPROVED TYPE, WORK WITHOUT PERMITS.NOT FAMILAR WITH GAS VALVE ON STOVE, MAY NOT BE APPROVED TYPE. OUTLETS SHOW OPEN GROUND, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, 2 WIRE SYSTEM, 3 WIRE OUTLETS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED. OUTLET ABOVE KITCHEN COUNTER NOT GFCI PROTECTED.WINDOWS IN KITCHEN AND BEDROOM MISSING EITHER THE LOCKING MECHANISM OR THE HAND CRANK TO OPEN. BATHROOM WINDOW NOT OPERABLE, NEEDS VENTING. ( WILL RESEARCH ELECTRICAL,POSSIBLE WORK WITH PERMITS). BACK STRUCTURE POSSIBLE WORK WITHOUT PERMITS. BACK STORAGE AREA NEEDS TO BE REMOVED(NO PERMITS, STRUCTURE HAZARDOUS). UNITS BLOCK WALLS HAVE LARGE OPEN CRACKS, NEED REPAIRS.EXTERIOR PAINT, CHIPPING AND PEELING, STRUCTURE NEEDS TO BE REPAINTED. ELECTRICAL SWITCH, JUNCTION BOX AND ADDED OUTLET ON BACK PORCH OF MAIN HOUSE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED OR INSTALLED CORRECTLY. TRASH AND DEBRIS NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM ALL YARD AREAS. |
