CEILING DOES NOT MEET 7FT. HEIGHT, AND NO PERMANENT SOURCE OF HEAT. OUTLET IN ADDITION NOT PROPERLY SECURED TO WALL. SUB-PANEL IN CLOSET HAS NEWLY EXPOSED ROMEX. EXPOSED ABS SEWER LINE. ELECTRICAL PANEL BOX MISSING COVER PLUG. OUTSIDE MAIN 40 AMP CORD TO INTERIOR 50 AMP SUB-PANEL. JUST TO NORTH OF #21 IS SHED, SHED HOUSES ELECTRICAL MAATER PANEL, REAR ENTRANCE HAS OPEN JUNCTION BOX, WIRE SPLICED, NUTURAL GOES NO WHERE, CUTAND OPEN-EXPOSED.INTERIOR OF SHED HAS 3 100 AMP SERVICES, SHOWS 28-15-16-17 . FUSE BOX TO LOWER RIGHT SHOWS 2 FUSES 30 AMP USING 14 GUAGE WIRE TO SUPPLY WIRE. HOTWATER TANK OPEN EXPOSED, GAS NOT ACCESSABLE, NO COLD WATER EMERGENCY SHUT OFF, NO P.R.V. INSTALLED, UNIT HAS HAD ALL NEW P.V.C. LINES INSTALLED.
UNIT 22:
ELECTRICAL METER HARD WIRED TO STRUCTURE, 2-50 AMP, 1 30 AMP, 1 15 AMP, INSTALLED AT METER BOX, EXPOSED WIRING 2 TIMES, 1 GOING INTO GROUND? 1 HARD WIRED TO MOBILE HOME FOR SALE, HOTWATER TANK LACKS P.R.V., NO COLD WATER SHUT-OFF,FLUE PIPE SHORT AND DOES NOT GO ABOVE ROOF LINE. GAS METER IN FRONT OF STRUCTURE HAS BENT GAS LINE. METER IS NOT PROTECTED FROM POSSIBLY BEING HIT BY CARS. BACK DOOR HAS NO STEPS. TREE IS HITTING AND LAYING ON TOP OF MOBILE HOME.

UNIT #24
PLUMBING VENT PIPE NOT SECUREDTO STRUCTURE AND IS TOO SHORT. ADDITION ADDED TO SOUTH SIDE OF STRUCTURE. EXPOSED ROMEX TO LIGHT LAYING ON GROUND, AND BEING PINCHED BETWEEN SIDING AND FRAMING. ELECTRICAL METER SHOWS IT IS HARDWIRED IN. EXPOSED ROMEX , 2LINES 1 METER 50 AMP AND 1 20 AMP, ALSO HAS OPEN SPACE. PLUMBING ABOVE GROUND TO SITE SEWER. HOTWATER TANK FLUE PIPE TOO SHORT. SUB-PANEL REVERSED POLARITY, WIRES TOUCHING EACH OTHER AT CONNECTIONS. SOME 3 PRONG OUTLETS SHOW OPEN GROUND.

MAIN ELECTRICAL SHED:
MAIN 400 AMP SERVICE DOUBLE LUGGEDON LOAD SIDE, DOUBLE LUGGED ON DISCONNECT SIDE.DOUBLE LUGGED WIRES LOOSE AND CAN BE PULLED OUT. EXPOSED WIRING AT REAR SHED.

UNIT #50
HARDWIRED EXPOSED ROMEX, OPEN ONE END AND ACTIVE.

AFTER WALKING 3 UNITS AND THE MAIN ELECTRICAL SHED WE DECIDED TO FIRST WALK THE ENTIRE PARK TO FIND OUT THE SITUATION OF THE UNITS. WE FOUND THAT MOST UNITS,THERE ARE APPROXIMATELY 60 UNITS, HAD MULTIPLE CODE VIOLATIONS, AND THERE WERE SEVERAL UNITS WITH ADDITIONS PROBABLY NOT PERMITTED.AT THAT TIME WE CALLED INSP 2 (RICK) WENT OVER ISSUES AND AGREED NOT TO DO THE ENTIRE PARK AT THIS TIME DUE TO FACT THERE ARE SO MANY UNITS ON SITE. INSPECTOR 2 REQUESTED WE COME BACK TO OFFICE TO REVIEW CASE, NOTES AND PICTURES.
