AND HAND DELIVERED NOV TO ASTATKE, WENT OVER ISSUES ON NOTICE AND ORDER INCLUDING TIME FRAME. ASTATKE WAS NOT HAPPY TO SEE ME, SIGNED FOR NOV AND WENT INTO HOUSE. LEFT SITE.
