EXPOSED ELECTRICAL CONDUCTORS FOR COOLER NOT IN CONDUIT ROMEX CORD HAS BEEN ALTERED AND THREE PRONG INSTALLED ON END. 2. EXPOSED ELECTRICAL JUNCTION BOX BACK COVER PLATE ON NORTH SIDE. 3. HAZARDOUS ELECTRICAL, ELECTRICAL DISCONNECT LACKING DEAD PLATE COVER. ADDITION ELECTRICAL CIRCUITS HAVE BEEN ADDED THROUGHOUT TRAVEL TRAILER BY USE OF UNAPPROVED PVC PIPING. 4. ELECTRICAL PEDISTAL SUPPORT POST IN MADE OF WOOD AND IS NOT UNACCEPTABLE PEDISTAL. (NOT TERMITE PROOF) 5. TRAVEL TRAILER INTERIOR RECEPTACLE CONSIST OF TWO PRONG THAT ARE ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT AND ALSO 3 PRONG RECEPTACLE, 3 PRONG RECEPTACLE ARE LACKING MECHANICAL GROUNDS. 6. ADDITION OF ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT IN BOTH ROOM EXPOSED ROMEX AND PLASTIC J-BOX NOT INSTALLED IN WALL, SOME 2 PRONG RECEPTACLE PULLING AWAY FROM WALL. 7. RANGE HOOD HAS BEEN CONNECTED TO POWER BY USE OF APPLIANCE CONDITION AND PLUGGED INTO WALL RECEPTACLE, NO GFIC IN KITCHEN AND BATHROOM. WEATHERPROOFING 1. SEVERAL BOKEN WINDOW THROUGHOUT TRAILER. 2. BOTH ENTRY DOOR LACKING WEATHERSTRIPPING, TENANT HAS INSTALLED ALUMINIUM TAPE TO SEAL OPENING IN ONE DOOR AND STICKS TOWELS UNDER OTHER DOOR FOR WEATHER PROTECTION. ACCESS CONTROL/FIRE SAFETY 1. HASP AND PADLOCK INSTALLED ILLEGALLY ON 1 ENTRY DOOR. 2. TRAILER LACKING WORKING SMOKE DETECTOR 3. TRILER LACKING HAND RAIL. COOLING 1. DUCT WORK IS MADE OF WOOD AND STAND IS MADE OF 2" X 4" MATERIAL BOTH ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE METHOD OF INSTALLATION FOR COOLING EQUIPMENT. PLUMBING 1. GAS FLEX LINE IS LONGER THAN 3 FEET, EXIST LINE IS CRACKED. 2. COPPER LINE HAVE BEEN ADDED AND LACKING WEATHER PROTECTION. 3. ABS HAS BEEN ADDED FOR WASHING MACHINE ALONG W/COPPER LINE FOR WATER SUPPLY. 4. BATHROOM SINK IS CLOGGED. HEATING 1. TRAILER LACKING PERMANENT HEATING APPLAINCE, HEAT IS BEING SUPPLIED BY 2 SMALL SPACE HEATERS PROVIDED BY TENANT. NOV WAS ISSUED FOR LACK OF PERMANENT HEATING APPLIANCE AND TRAVEL TRAILER LACKING WORKING SMOKE DETECTOR, 15 DAYS WERE GIVEN TO INSTALL ORIGINAL TYPE HEATING AND MUST PASS INSPECTION BY MECHANICAL INSPECTOR. AMENDED NOV WILL BE ISSUED WHEN RESEARCH IS DONE ON PENDING VIOLATION. NOV WAS POSTED AND PICTURES WERE TAKEN. |
