(2) ADDITION OF ELECTRICAL SPACE HEATER FOR LIVING ROOM, NO CENTRAL HEATING. LARGE TYPE SPACE HEATER DOES NOT WORK.
ELECTRICAL:
(1) LIFE LINE DOES NOT MATCH BREAKER, 50 AMP LIFE LINE & 30 AMP BREAKER.
(2) SUB-PANEL HAS EXPOSED ELECTRICAL, CONDUCTOR NOT IN CONDUIT CHECK FOR PERMIT.
(3) STRUCTURE APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN 2 WIRE SYSTEM, RECEPTACLES HAVE BEEN CHANGED OUT & 3 PRONG RECEPTACLES INSTALLED & LACKING MACHANICAL GROUNDS.
(4) EXPOSED ELECTRICAL JUNCTION BOX IN CLOSET W/ EXPOSED ELECTRICAL CONDUCTOR.
FIRE SAFETY- ACCESS CONTROL:
(1) NO WORKING SMOKE DETECTOR (2) DETECTOR 1 - IS WITHIN 2 FEET OF STOVE.
(2) HASP & PAD LOCK INSTALLED ON EASTSIDE DOOR WEATHER PROOFING:
(1) SIDE ENTRY DOORS LACKING WEATHER STRIPPING, EVIDENCED BY LARGE AMOUNTS OF LIGHT SHINING THROUGH WHEN DOOR IS CLOSED.
(2) SEVERAL WINDOWS THROUGHOUT STRUCTURE ARE BROKEN & MISSING SIDE ENTRY DOOR, WINDOW OPENING COVERED WITH PAPER ANOTHER WITH TAPE.
FLOORING:
(1) SEVERAL FLOOR TILES ARE BROKEN, CRACKED & PEELING UP.
PLUMBING:
(1) TENANT HAS NO HOT WATER, UNIT IS SUPPLIED WITH 5 GAL. HOT WATER HEATER UNDER SINK. TENANT STATED NO HOT WATER FOR 2 WEEKS, HAS TO USE NEIGHBORS SHOWER.
ACCESSORY STRUCTURE:
(1) STRUCTURE IS LACKING REQUIRED LANDING & STEPS.
ELECTRICAL:
(1) 4X4 WOODEN POST SUPPORTING TELEPHONE WIRING IS NOT ANCHORED PROPERLY, NOT AN APPROVED TERMITE APPLICATION (IMPROPER USE).
