ROOF LEAK IN BATH, HOWEVER, EXTERIOR ROOF HAS BEEN COVERED WITH PLASTIC DUE TO WORKING AND REPAIRS OF ROOF NOT YET COMPLETED. FRONT DOOR LACKS WHEATHER PROTECTION, HASRAW WOOD ON JAMB. NOTICE AND ORDER TO FOLLOW.

WATER-OFF, TURNED OFF AT 12PM 1/06/05. TALKED WITH ANTONY, ANTONY MAILED PARTIAL BILL ON DEC. 30TH. WATER REQUIRED FULL AMOUNT, ANTONY HAD TO WAIT UNTIL 1ST OF MONTH FOR RENT MONEY, AT 1PM ON 1/O6/05 ANTONY WAS GOING TO WATER DEPT. TO PAY REMAINDER OF WATER BILL, AND WAS TOLD THAT WATER WOULD BE RESTORED LATER THAT DAY. INTIAL PAYMENT WAS APPROXIMATELY $2OOO, $1000 WAS PAID.
RECEIVED A CALL FROM ANTONY [OWNER], STATING HE HAD PAID WATER BILL IN FULL, AND WATER HAS RESTORED TO PROPERTY, AND HAD BEEN TURNED BACK ON AT 2:00PM.
11/16/2004 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved DID GO OUT ON SITE AND SEEN BEHIND METER WHERE HAZARD IS. AS TALKING W/ OWNER ON SITE I EXPLAINED WHAT WOULD BE GOING TO HAPPEN. I EXPLAINED THAT DUE TO LACK OF ELECTRICAL SERVICE I WOULD NEED TO SHUT DOWN ALL OCCUPIED UNITS AND NOT TO BE REOCCUPIED UNITL ELECRICITY HAS BEEN RESTORED. HE UNDERSTOOD AND STARTED TALKING W/ ALL RESIDENTS LETTING THEM KNOW WHAT IT GOING ON. ANTHONY ALSO OWNS MONTERAY MOTEL. ANTHONY STARTED ROUNDING UP ALL RESIDENTS AND PUTTING UP AS MANY AS HE COULD IN OPEN UNITS AT MONTERAY MOTEL AND PLACED OTHER IN OTHER MOTELS AT HIS EXPENSE. ALL UNITS WERE POSTED UNFIT TO OCCUPY, NOTICE AND ORDER HAND DELIVERED TO ANTHONY. ANTHONY STATED HE WOULD BE CALLING OUT ELECT. CONTRACTOR FIRST THING IN MORNING TO HAVE REPAIRS DONE AND WOULD CALL ME. I MADE SURE OF EXPLAINING ISSUES OF PERMITS. UNITS VACATED, ALL UNITS SHUT DOWN.
