STOP BY SITE AND UNIT IS VACANT. UNIT HAS BEEN CLEANED AND APPEARS TO BE READY TO RENT. COMPLAINT IS OF A LEAKY ROOF. UNIT IS ON BOTTOM OF A 2-STORY UNIT. CHECKED WITH THE UPPER UNIT AND HAS NO PROBLEMS WITH THE ROOF LEAKING. CALLED THE OWNER OF THE UNIT MARK MORTIZ AND HE WILL CHECK IF THERE IS A LEAK BUT HAS NOT BEEN TOLD OF ANY LEAKING FROM THE UPSTAIR UNIT.
