DNR INSPECTOR AND TENANT FROM UNIT 108 FOUND SHUT-OFF VALVE FOR MAIN LINE. APPEARS APT. DO NOT HAVE SEPARATE SHUT OFFS FOR UNITS. GRANDDAUGHTER CONTACTED HER FATHER, WHO IS A PLUMBER. PLUMBER WILL BE ON SITE AFTER WORK AROUND 5:30 PM TO DO REPAIRS. ISSUED NOV FOR LACK OF WATER SUPPLY AND ALLOWED 24 HOURS TO ABATE VIOLATION. A LICENSED CONTRACT WILL BE REQUIRED TO DO REPAIRS.
