DWELLING LACKS SMOKE DETECTOR, SOUTHWEST GAS WOULD NOT RELEASE COOK STOVE DUE TO NO GAS REGULATOR INSTALLED, HEATER COULD NOT BE TURNED ON BY SOUTHWEST GAS DUE TO BEING DIRTY, CONTINUOUS LEAK UNDER KITCHEN SINK, SUB-PANEL ON INTERIOR OF UNIT MISSING BLANK COVERS IN 2 PLACES, LIVING ROOM WINDOW BROKEN.
WHILE ON SITE KNOCKED ON OTHER DOORS NO ONE WANTED TO TALK TO ME, BARELY OPENING DOOR, DID NOT ENTER OTHER UNITS, BUT OTHERS STATED YES HAS SEWER PROBLEMS,
RECIEVED CALL BACK FROM OWNER ARCELIA WHO STATED THAT SHE HAD ALL READY CALLED A PLUMBER (SALADOR MANTOYIA) 906-0389, OUT LAST WEEK, I ASKED WHAT HE FOUND OWNER STATED THAT HE DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH CABLE LINE TO REACH BLOCKAGE, HE WAS GOING TO GET SOME MORE AND COME BACK, HE DID NOT RETURN, SHE STATED SHE THOUGHT IT WAS DONE, I EXPLAINED TO HER IT WAS NOT, OWNER STATED SHE WOULD CALL MANAGER CARRIE AND HAVE HER GO IN PHONE BOOK AND CALL SOME ONE OUT TODAY FOR REPAIRS, AS I WENT BACK TO OFFICE MANAGER WAS PHONE WITH OWNER AND DID CALL PLUMBER OUT ROTO 2000, ROTO 2000 STATED WOULD HAVE NEXT AVAILABLE TECH OUT ON SITE TODAY. I DONE NOTICE AND ORDER ON SITE FOR PLUMBING ISSUES, AND DISINFECTING EFFECTED AREAS. GIVING 24 HOURS FOR REPAIRS, OWNER AND MANAGER ARE AWARE, MANAGER CARRIE WILL CALL ME WHEN ROTO 2000 HAS CLEARED THE LINES. OTHER ISSUES IN UNIT C-5 ARE TO FOLLOW.
