MECHANICAL: (1) FURNACE CLOSET REQUIRES CLEANING, LARGE AMOUNTS OF LINT & DUST IN SIDE CLOSET, FURNACE WAS REPLACED WITH AC HEAT PUMP & HOLE REMAINS WHERE FURNACE SETS. (2) OBSOLETE GAS VALVE REQUIRES REPLACEMENT AT HOT WATER HEATER. PLUMBING: (1) BATHROOM SINK BEING HELD UP BY MAKE-SHIF POLES, WHEN POLES ARE REMOVED SINK DOSE MOVE AWAY FROM WALL, SINK MUST BE RESECURED TO WALL. ELECTRICAL: (1) OPEN GROUND RECEPTACLE IN KITCHEN WAS FOUND AFTER BEING TESTED. (2) EXTERIOR RECEPTACLE UNDER EAVE REQUIRES WEATHER PROTECTED COVER. NO PLASTER (DRYWALL) DAMAGE HOLES WERE REPAIRED. NO SIGNS OF ROACHES. NO SIGNS OF KITCHEN SINK LEAKING. WEATHER STRIPPING FOR ENTRY DOOR WILL NOT BE ADDRESSED DUE TO MINIMAL SPACES WERE ALLOWING LIGHT TO SHINE THROUGH WHEN DOOR WAS CLOSED. FIRE SAFETY: (1) NO WORKING SMOKE DETECTORS, BATTERIES MISSING. ISSUED N.O.V. FOR MIN-HOUSING ISSUES FOUND & HAND DELIVERED TO PROPERTY MANAGER. PICTURES WERE TAKEN. 30 DAYS WERE GIVEN TO ABATE VIOLATIONS. |
