OPN RESCHEDULE DATE, WE WILL BE LOOKING AT SECURING A WARRANT TO INSP. RECALLED MARGO AND MARGO STATED SHE WOULD LET ALL RESIDENTS KNOW AND I DID ASK IF WE COULD HAVE SOME ONE HERE TO HELP ENTER UNITS SHE AGREED, SHE ALSO STATED THAT SHE IS TAKING OFF WORK NEXT THURSDAY DUE TO HER SON HAS A DOCTOR APPT. INSP. WAS SCHEDULED FOR THIS DATE 10/14/04 STARTING AT 12:00. ALSO WHILE ON SITE ARTISTIC PLUMBING WAS ON SITE DUE TO UNIT 5, GAS HAS BEEN TURNED DUE TO LEAK IN MAIN GAS LINE TO UNIT. ARTISTIC PLUMBING WILL GET WITH OWNER WITH A BID TO REPAIR, WILL FOLLOW UP WITH OWNER AND ARTISTIC PLUMBING ON REPAIRS TO GAS LINE. F/U THURSDAY 10/14/04 | |

AT 1:00 AND I WOULD BE BACK LATER THIS AFTERNOON TO DO INSP. OF ALL EXTERIOR OF PROPERTY. UNIT 1: ELECTRIC FUSE BOX SHOWS DOUBLING LUGGING, YELLOW WIRE, AND RED WIRE, WEATHER PROOF BOX JUST HANGING NOT PROPERLY SECURED TO WALL, COOLER IS PLUGED INTO THIS WEATHER PROOF BOX, ALSO HAS CAP MISSING FROM WEATHER PROOF BOX. UNIT 8: WATER LEAK AT COOLER LINE CONNECTION AT HOT WATER TANK. 2 ELECTRIC FUSE BOXES IN REAR, ONE ON RIGHT SIDE SHOWS DOUBLING LUGGING, ONE RED WIRE AND WHITE WIRE. ELECTRIC DISCONNECT BROKEN. UNIT 7: COULD NOT ENTER REAR YARD. UNIT 4: COULD NOT ENTER REAR YARD. UNIT 3: DONE BOTH INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR INSP. INTERIOR: FRONT DOOR LACKS WEATHER PROTECTION. LACKS SMOKE DETECTOR. I EXPLAINED THAT THE N.P.O. (NEIGHBORHOOD PRESERVATION ORDINANCE) ALSO GAVE HIM MY CARD AND NUMBER TO OFFICE, WAS STILL UPSET, DID CALL T.P.D. OUT TO SITE TO HOLD THE PEACE. T.P.D. OFFICERS PRUITT AND OFFICER BROWN DID SHOW, RESIDENT WENT BACK INTO HIS UNIT. NO ONE ELSE AT HOME AT THIS TIME DID NOT ENTER BACK YARDS TO FINISH INSP. WILL CALL OWNER TO SET APPT. AND LET OWNER KNOW I WILL BE FINISHING EXTERIOR INSP. ON 9/30. |
