I MET OWNER AT SITE TO REVIEW COMPLAINTS. TENANT WAS NOT HOME AT THIS TIME. ALL ITEMS ON COMPLAINT FORM ARE INVALID, (EXCEPT) UNIT WAS UNABLE DID STATE THERE WAS A TILE ISSUE INSIDE UNIT. YET TENANT WILL NOT ALLOW MAINT. INSIDE. GROUNDS AND WASHROOM ARE TO CODE. NO WEEDS OR TRASH FOUND. NO ISSUES WERE FOUND JMV. THE UNITS FRONT DOOR WAS INTACT AND LOCKED. NO ISSUE THERE. PHOTOS WERE TAKEN AT SITE.REVIEW OF THE YARDS SHOWS VERY MINOR GRASS/WEEDS? THERE ARE NO DEAD PLANTS OR TREES AT SITE. F/U 5 DAYS. |
