SITE INSPECTION WAS DONE TODAY FOR UNIT B AGAIN, UNIT WAS EMPTY OF TENANTS, I DID SPEAK WITH THE TENANT AND SHE STATED THAT SHE WAS REMOVED FROM THE UNIT AND LOCKED OUT FOR NON PAYMENT OF RENT. AT THIS TIME THE UNIT IS VACANT OF PERSON AND THE REAR . THE OWNER STATED THAT HE HAS STARTED REPAIRS PER OLD NOV. |
