THE UNIT WENT VACANT AT THAT TIME AND HAD ELECT ISSUES. REVIEW OF BACK PORCH PROVED THAT NO ONE IS LIVING THERE. THE TENANT IN THE REAR STATED SHE PAYS RENT THERE AND ITS NOT PART OF UNIT B. LAST YEAR IT WAS PER DNR'S LAST INSPECTION. REVIEW OF UNIT B SHOWS SAME ISSUES CONCERNING ROOF LEAKING, AND UNSTABLE KITCHEN CABNETS. THE REAR PORCH IS RENTED OUT TO UNIT A. THESE TENANTS HAVE A SOFA, ICE BOX, TV INSIDE PORCH AREA. I DID ASK HOW THEY USED THE RESTROOM, STATING THEY WENT AT UNIT A. ITS FAMILY LIVING THERE THE ITEMS INSIDE PORCH AREA ARE A DRAIN ON ELECT SYSTEM TO UNIT B.TENANT OF UNIT B IS PAYING FOR ELECT TO REAR PORCH AREA. THERE IS NO METER FOR PORCH. (IC) ELECT OR WATER. I DID CALL OWNER AND LEFT MESSAGE TO CALL BACK CONCERNING MATTERS OF PORCH AND RE: RENTING UNIT B W/O INSPECTION FIRST. TENANT HAS MOVED OUT OUT UNIT B TODAY.WILL REVIEW CASE WITH JIM HURD. RICK S.
