A few issues remain such as the deterioration of the painted surfaces and the front entry door. At the direction of the Administrator the VANS case will be closed and new case opened for the area Inspector to follow up on the remaining housekeeping and maintenance issues.
04/01/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved FOLLOW UP INSPECTION FOUND EXTERIOR OF THE FRONT YARD IS STILL BEING MAINTAINED. REAR YARD THE SAME. FOUND NEWER JEEP IN THE DRIVEWAY, BUT NO ONE ANSWERED FRONT OR REAR DOOR. NOTHING OR LITTLE DONE TO THE INTERIOR. MATERIALS IN THE REAR YARD REMAIN.

11/15/2005 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved MADE INSPECTION AND FOUND PROPERTY BOARDED AS BEFORE. I MADE SEVRAL ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THE OWNER, I LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES AND DID NOT RECEIVE ANY RETURN CALLS.

THE GRASS AT THE BACK AND SIDES ARE AGAIN GROWN WELL OVER 6 INCHES.

THE AREA OF CONCERN IS A DEPRESSIONON IN THE GROUND THAT IS CONCEALED BECAUSE OF THE GRASS, WHICH COULD CAUSE INJURY TO SOMEONE WALKING IN THE PROPERTY.

I WILL CONSULT WITH OFFICE SUPERVISION ON MY CONCERN FOR THE 180 DAY BOARDUP WHICH WILL BE DUE ON NOVEMBER 19, 2005.
