CABINET DETERIORATING AND COMING APART AT BOTTOM. RANGE HOOD AT COOK STOVE HAS EXPOSED ELECTRICAL WIRING. CONVENIENCE OUTLET BY SINK HAS BROKEN COVER PLATE, NOT GFCI PROTECTED. LIVING ROOM FLOOR DETERIORATING TO A POINT OF PLYWOOD IS WEAK AND SPONGY, LIFTING AND SEPERATING, BY FRONT DOOR CAN SEE ALL THE WAY THROUGH TO GROUND. KITCHEN TO HALLWAY FLOOR IS DETERIORATING BY WALL, WEAK AND SPONGY HAS DROP FROM KITCHEN FLOOR TO HALLWAY FLOOR. DWELLING LACKS SMOKE DETECTOR. EXPOSED ELECTRICAL WIRING IN FURNACE ROOM, ADDED HALL LIGHT SWITCH, RESIDENT STATES THAT HEATER HAS NEVER WORK, HEATER LACKS MAINTENANCE, SQUIRREL CAGE HAS BUILD UP ON FINS, MOTOR HAS BUILD UP OF DIRT, COB WEBS HANGING INSIDE AND OUT. BEDROOM 1 HAS BEEN DRYWALLED OVER EXSITING WALL CONVENIENCE OUTLET SITS IN WALL HARD TO REACH. BATHROOM HAS BEEN INSTALLED WHERE CLOSET USED TO BE. LIGHT FIXTURE MISSING PROTECTIVE COVERING.
