TENANT WAS NOT HOME & CONTRACTOR HAD NOT ARRANGED MEETING WITH TENANT. DESCRIPTION OF INTERIOR ELECTRICAL VIOLATION WERE DISCUSSED & CONTRACTOR IS AWARE OF PROBLEMS. NO PICTURES WERE TAKEN.
