FOUND REAR STRUCTURES ARE SO DETERIORATED, DAMAGED, DILAPIDATED OR IN NEED OF REPAIR SO AS TO PRESENT A THREAT TO THE HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELFARE OF THE COMMUNITY CONSTITUTING A NUISANCE.THE STRUCTURES DUE ARE DILAPIDATED OR DETERIORATED TO SUCH AN EXTENT THAT THE STRUCTUAL STRENGTH OR STABILITY IS MATERIALLY LESS THATN IT WAS BEFORE TH WEATHER DAMAGE.THE STRUCTURES AT THE REAR ARE LIKELY TO FAIL OR TO BECOME DETACHED OR DISLODGED AND PARTIALLY OR COMPLETELY COLLAPSE AND THEREBY INJURE PERSONS OR DAMAGE PROPERTY. | |

ALL ELECTRICAL UTILITIES HAVE BEEN REMOVED AT METERS. CRUMBLING PLASTER, LOOSE WINDOW FRAMES AND DOOR FRAMES AT FRONT EAST EXTERIOR WALL CONSTRUCTED OF ADOBE. INSPECTOR NOT ABLE TO ENTER REAR OF PROPERTY. ALL GATES AND FENCING ARE SECURED AROUND PERIMETER. ALL STRUCTURES ON THE ENTIRE BLOCK ARE ATTACHED TO EACH OTHER. SEVERAL SEPERATE PROPERTIES. INSPECTOR ABLE TO ENTER PROPERTY DIRECTLY SOUTH OF THESE UNITS WITH THE PERMISSION OF THE OWNER. ENTERED REAR YARD AREA TO TAKE PICTURES. NOT ABLE TO LOCATE ANY DAMAGED WALLS OR FENCING FROM THIS AREA. REAR YARD IN QUESTION HAS LARGE AMOUNT OF VEGETATION FILLING YARD AREAS. MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO VIEW REAR EXTERIOR WEST WALL OF STRUCTURE OR ANY FENCING. THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY DIRECTLY SOUTH STATES HE HAS BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT FRANK SAMANIEGO TO HELP WITH REPAIRS NEEDED TO THE COMMON FENCE ON THE PROPERTY AND TO HAVE HIM CLEAR HIS PROPERTY OF DRIED VEGETATION BUT HAS NOT HAD ANY LUCK. HE THEN INFORMED INSPECTOR THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY TO THE NORTH MAY HAVE INFORMATION ON THE COMPLAINT. INSPECTOR KNOCKED ON DOOR TO FIND NO ONE HOME. LEFT CARD ON DOOR FOR CALL TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO POSSIBLY ENTER THE REAR YARD AREA TO VIEW THE YARD AREA IN QUESTION. AT THIS TIME INSPECTOR CAN NOT MAKE A VALID ASSESSMENT OF THE REAR WALLS OR FENCING WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO SEE THESE STRUCTURES.THE PROPERTY IS VACANT AND SECURED AND IS VERY UNLIKELY ANY UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS COULD ENTER THE REAR YARD AREAS. A POSSIBLE HAZARD MAY BE FOUND IF THE EXTERIOR WEST WALL IS FAILING BECAUSE IT IS ATTACHED TO BOTH NORTH AND SOUTH STRUCTURES AND COULD CAUSE DAMAGE TO THESE STRUCTURES IF IT WERE TO FAIL.INSPECTOR DID MEET WITH RICK S. IN OFFICE FOR DIRECTION. STUDIED PICTURES TAKEN AND DISCUSSED ALL ABOVE NOTES. INSPECTOR WILL E-MAIL CECI CRUZ TO DISCUSS CASE AND FOR DIRECTION. (SEE PICTURES). |
