I EXPLAINED ISSUES AND THAT HIS BROTHER HAS DONE NOTHING TO SECURE AND OR CLEAN PROPERTY, I EXPLAINED TO W.C. I WOULD BE PUTTING THIS IN CITATION WHICH MEANS MARK WILL BE GOING TO COURT, W.C. STATED TO PLEASE GIVE HIM THE WEEKEND AND HE WILL HAVE HOUSE SECURED AND YARD CLEANED IF NOT DONE BY MONDAY THEN GO AHEAD AND PUT IN CITATION BECAUSE HE KNOWS WILL BE DONE, HE IS GOING TO DO IT, I AGREED UNTIL MONDAY - TODAY IS FRIDAY 9/10/04. |
