07/27/2004 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Correction Required REINSPECTED AGAIN ON 7/23/04. FOUND ILLEGAL FENCING REMOVED, HOWEVER, OTHER FENCING BEING PUT UP AGAIN. WENT TO THE OFFICE AND ASKED THE OWNER TO COME WITH ME TO LOOK AT A COUPLE OF VIOLATIONS. SHE STATED EVERYTHING WAS REMOVED THAT WAS IN VIOLATION OF THE NPO. I POINTED OUT THE VIOLATIONS AND SHE INFORMED THE TENANTS TO REMOVE THE FENCING IMMEDIATELY. THE FENCING WAS BEING REMOVED WHEN I LEFT AFTER 4:00 P.M. THE PARK CAN BE IN COMPLIANCE ONE DAY AND HAVE 10 VIOLATIONS THE NEXT DAY. THE OWNER NEEDS TO MAKE TENANTS AWARE OF THE CITY CODES. 1 WEEK EXTENSION GRANTED TO COMPLETE. F/U ON 7/30/04.

THE TENANTS DID NOT WANT ME THERE WHEN I SHOWED UP. 2 KIDS INSIDE HOUSE ABOUT 3 OR 4 THAT LOOKED LIKE THEY HAD NOT BATHED IN A WEEK OR SO. I INFORMED THEM I WOULD BE BACK.
