03/25/2004 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Correction Required AT SITE I DID NOT MEET TENANT OF UNIT, THIS IS A VERY OLD ADOBE UNIT. THERE ARE MANY ISSUES THAT WILL REQUIRE NOTICE TO OWNER TO REPAIR UNITS. THE MAIN ELECT. SYSTEM HAS BEEN FOUND TO HAVE ADDED CIRCUITS CAUSING SYSTEM TO BE OVER LOADED. I FOUND ROOF LEAKING THRU OUT UNIT. MISSING PROPER WEATHER SEALS ON ALL DOORS, WINDOWS FOUND MISSING REQUIRED GLAZING ON WINDOWS -LARGE SECTIONS OF LOOSE PLASTER IN LIVINGROOM. PLASTER HOLES IN WALLS (IE) BEDROOM. IMPROPER J-BOX IN SHOWER STALL. MANAGER AT SITE REPAIRS START WHILE AT SITE. TENANT IS MOVING OUT THIS WEEKEND. PER TENANT, MAINT. WAS AT SITE MAKING NEEDED REPAIRS, AT THIS TIME MAINT. HAS REMOVED ADDED CIRCUITS AT BREAKER BOX. F/U ONE DAY.
