APPEARS PROPERTY IS BEING DEVELOPED, EVIDENCED BY BLUE STAKING AT EAST SIDE OF PROPERTY, ADDITION OF WATER METERS BY TUCSON WATER (8). ALL WINDOWS HAVE BEEN REMOVED AND LEFT OPENED. ENTRY DOOR IS NOT SECURED NOR ARE GATE TO PROPERTY. SPOKE WITH NEIGHBORS, STATED PROPERTY WAS CLEANED UP WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS AND ELECTRICAL AND WATER HAVE BEEN ADDED WITHIN LAST 2 MONTHS. ISSUED NOV AND POSTED ON PROPERTY, 30 DAYS WERE GIVEN FOR ABATEMENT. PICTURES WERE TAKEN. WILL DO 30 DAY FU.
