MAIN ISSUE, NO HEATING (PERMINANT) SYSTEM HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED. OWNER HAS INSTALLED BASE BOARD HEATER IN BEDROOM, LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN AREA & ARE NOT HARD WIRED NOR HAVE INDEPENDENT CIRCUITS AS REQUIRED BY N.E.C. SMOKE DETECTOR WERE FOUND NOT WORKING, ELECTRICAL DISCONNECT HAS VIOLATION, SUCH AS DOUBLE LUGGING. TESTING OF RECEPTACLES FOUND, OPEN GROUNDS REVERSED, HOT NEUTRALS & REVERSED POLARITY, WORK WITHOUT PERMITS IN ELETRICAL & STRUCTURAL WERE FOUND. N.O.V. MENTIONED 2ND UNIT AND THAT APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN BUILT WITH OUT PERMITS. MORE TOUGH INSPECTION WILL HAVE TO BE SCHEDULED FOR BOTH STRUCTURES & N.O.V. SHOULD BE RE-ISSUED. WILL INFORM INSP. II R.S. CONTACTED INSP. II R.S. DICISION WAS MADE TO CONTACT OWNER & SCHEDULE INSPECTION FOR BOTH PROPERTIES. PICTURES WERE TAKEN, SCHEDULE FOR FW/UP ON 2/10/05.

OWNER CONTACTED CECI AND ASKED THAT THE NOTICE OF VIOLATION BE TRANSLATED IN SPANISH AFTER CECI EXPLAINED IT ALL TO HER. CECI SENT THE NOTICE OUT TO BE TRANSLATED. IT WILL BE BACK THIS WEEK AND I WILL CONTACT THE OWNER TO NOTIFY THEM THE TRANSLATION IS COMPLETE AND READY TO PICK UP.
