ALTERATIONS ARE EVIDENT BY ALUMINUM FRAME WINDOW INSTALLED ABOVE 42", DO NOT MEET CODE REQUIREMENTS. ADDITION OF PLUMBING FOR HOT WATER HEATER AND WATER SUPPLY LINES FOR WASHING MACHINE ADDITION OF ELECTRICAL CIRCUITS IN KITCHEN AND WASHING MACHINE ADDITION OF WATER LINE FOR BATHROOM (CONVERTED STRUCTURE). SMOKE DETECTORS LACKING. STRUCTURE INTERIOR- FLOOR IN KITCHEN AND DETERIORATED WALLS IN HALLWAY HAVE HOLES APPROX. 3' X 16" X 18". ELECTRICAL - STRUCTURE APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN (2) WIRE SYSTEM CHECKED ELECTRICAL PANEL BOX. EXPOSED ELECTRICAL CONDUCTOR IN PANEL BOX, EXTERIOR RECEPTACLE BURNT OUT AND BOX IS NOT SECURED, DEAD PLATE PANEL LACK BLANK OFF INSERTS, SEVERAL EXTERIOR RECEPTACLES LACKING WEATHER PROTECTION COOL ELECTRICAL SUPPLY LINE FOR PUMP HAS EXPOSED SPLICE. CEILING LIGHT FIXTURE HANGING FROM WIRES GFCI LACKING IN KITCHEN AND BATHROOM EGRESS. BEDROOM WINDOW NE ROOM ARE SLIDERS AND ANCHORED TO FRAME BY SCREW, WILL NOT OPEN IN CASE OF FIRE AND OR PANIC. BEDROOM WINDOWS FOR SOUTH BEDROOM ARE ABOVE 46" ALTERATION EVIDENCED BY INSTALLATION OF ALUMINUM FRAMED WINDOWS. PLUMBING KITCHEN SINK PLUMBING LEAKING UNDERSINK. ADDITION OF SUPPLY LINES LACKING INSULATION FOR W/M. BROKEN SUPPLY FROM WATER HEATER TO UNIT HAS BROKEN. OWNER HAS BEEN CONTACTED AND WILL BE GIVEN 24HR NOTICE TO RESTORE WATER SERVICE. OWNER STATED WATER SUPPLY WILL BE RESTORED BY 12:00 PM ON 2/3/4. WASHING MACHINE DRAINING TO 4" PVC STUBBED FROM MAIN SEWER IS IMPROPER INSTALLATION. EXTERIOR STRUCTURE, BATHROOM EXTERIOR FACSIA AND WOOD SURFACES TO EXTREME DETERIORATION, LACK OF PAINT HAS ALLOWED WOOD TO ROT. SECTION OF ROOFING PAPER HAS BEEN RIPPED OFF. HAS ALLOWED WATER DAMAGE TO EXPOSE WOOD STATS. IMPROPER INSTALLATION OF ROOF FOR NE BEDROOM. ROOF DOES NOT PITCH CORRECTLY TO ALLOW WATER TO DRAIN, PITCH ENDS AT VALLEY IN CENTER OF ROOM AND HAS ALLOWED DAMAGE TO CEILING. ADDITION OF 10' X 20' SHED WAS ERECTED IMPROPERLY EVIDENCED BY 2 X 4 USED FOR RAFTERS LACK OF REQUIRED HARDWARE. ATTACHED LAUNDRY PORCH TO MAIN STRUCTURE IS IMPROPERLY CONSTRUCTED. INTERIOR FEATURE- ENTRY DOOR LACKING WEATHER STRIPPING AND THRESHOLDS, SOME WINDOWS LACKING PROPER SEAL. MECHANICAL - HEATING APPLIANCE LACKING SERVICE AND REQUIRED B-VENT, IMPROPER INSTALLATION REQUIRED 1" GAP AT CEILING DOES NOT EXIST. S.W. GAS CO. HAS TAGGED WATER HEATER DUE TO USE OF 4--3 FOOT SECTION OF FLEX USED TO SUPPLY GAS. FLUE VENT FOR HOT WATER HEATER IS IN A DILAPIDATED CONDITION. MADE CONTACT WITH OWNER INFORMED OWNER OF EXISTING VIOLATION AND ADVISED OWNER TO ADDRESS LACK OF WATER SERVICE. OWNER STATED PLUMBER WILL BE OUT FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND WAS INSTRUCTED TO CONTACE INSP. LOPEZ WHEN SERVICE IS RESTORED. OTHER VIOLATION WILL BE FORWARDED ON PENDING NOV. CONTACTED TFD AND ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY FOR INSPECTION OF PROPERTY. BOTH INSP. D'AUIRA AND ROMERO VISITED SITE AND FOUND ISSUES AND WILL BE ADDRESSED ON JOINT NOV SABER PROJECT. CONTACTED ALSO WAS MADE WITH JUDY KIDNEY FOR POSSIBLE PLACEMENT OF FAMILY. JUDY STATED PLACEMENT WILL BE VERY DIFFERENT DUE TO GEM SHOW AND RODEO HAVE TAKEN UP LODGING. RECOMMENDED TENANT MADE AN ACCOMANDATION WITH RELATIVES IF NECESSARY. PICTURES WERE TAKEN AND WILL BE ISSUING 24 HOUR NOV OTHER PENDING VIOLATION WILL BE ADDDRESSED ON SUPPLEMENTAL NOV. |
