THE SINKS AND SHOWER WERE ALL DRAINING DIRECTLY ONTO THE GROUND. I WAS ABLE TO GET AHOLD OF THE MANAGER AND INFORM HIM THAT IT NEEDED REPAIRED RIGHT AWAY. I TALKED TO HIM AGAIN THIS MORNING AND HE SAID HE WAS STILL WORKING ON IT. I INFORMED HIM I WOULD BE OUT THERE AGAIN TODAY AT 3:00 P.M.AND TO CALL ME IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM GETTING THINGS REPAIRED. THE TENANT WAS NOT HOME BUT I INSPECTED THE EXTERIOR OF THE UNIT SINCE THERE WAS RAW SEWAGE EVERYWHERE.THERE ARE NUMEROUS CIRCUITS COMING OUT OF A RECEPTACLE BOX IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM. THE WATER HEATER HAS BEEN INSTALLED ILLEGALLY. IT HAS NO TPR VALVE LINE, NO COLD WATER SHUT OFF VALVE, THE EXHAUST VENT IS NOT OF A DOUBLE WALL TYPE GOING THROUGH THE CEILING. THE FLOOR IS CAVING IN. . THE PARK IS A MESS. I NOTICED MANY VIOLATIONS THROUGHOUT THE PARK THAT NEED TO BE ADDRESSED VERY SOON. NOV TO GO OUT. THE PARK MAINLY OWNER OCCUPIED BUT THERE ARE MANY VIOLATIONS THE OWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR. WILL WAIT FOR PERMISSION FROM CECI TOO DO A SABER PROJECT. SEWAGE WAS CLEANED UP. 60 EXTENSION GIVEN ON OTHER VIOLATIONS.
