07/22/2004 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Correction Required I REINSPECTED PROPERTY #3 AGAIN ON 7/21/04. ALL VIOLATIONS WERE ABATED. I FOUND A MOTORHOME BUS ON THE PROPERTY RUNNING AN EXTENSION CORD FOR POWER. UNIT HAD NO OTHER UTILITIES. POLICE WERE CALLED TO KEEP THE PEACE WHILE THE UNIT WAS POSTED UNFIT TO OCCUPY. TPD ALSO MADE SOME CALLS ABOUT STOLEN SEMI-TRACTOR TIRES. THE SUSPECTS SPED OFF IN A BLUE OLDER MODEL SUBURBAN. THE UNIT WAS POSTED AND A COPY HAND DELIVERED TO THE PARK OWNER. 07/19/2004 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Correction Required KEITH FOSTER (FIRE), AND MYSELF (DNR) REINSPECTED UNIT #3 AGAIN TODAY AT THE REQUEST OF MAMIE GONG (THE OWNER). ALL VIOLATIONS HAVE BEEN ABATED EXCEPT FOR THE UNSECURED, UNSTABLE SKIRTING. AGAIN, THE OWNER WAS INFORMED TO REMOVE IT OR SECURE IT PROPERLY.

MAMIE WAS ORDERED TO SECURE UNIT. NOV TO GO OUT.UNIT # 3 WENT TO PROSECUTORS OFFICE FOR LONG FORM CITATION.

01/28/2004 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Correction Required I INSPECTED UNIT ON 1/27/04 AND FOUND FECES, USED TAMPONS, USED TOILET PAPER ON THE GROUND. I CALLED MAMIE GONG IMMEDIATELY AND SHE SENT OVER HER BOYFRIEND TO CLEAN IT UP. HE BROUGHT A 5 GALLON PAIL OF LIME AND SPREAD IT OUT AFTER THE CLEAN-UP WAS DONE. OTHER VIOLATIONS INCLUDED A GAS PIPE WITHOUT A PLUG OR CAP ON IT IN CASE SOMEONE TURNED THE GAS ON, EXPOSED ELECTRICAL AND OPEN J-BOXES, IMPROPER EXPOSED WIRING AT THE SWAMP COOLER, BROKEN STAIRS, CLEANOUT CAP LEAKING, WATER SPICKET LEAKING, BACK DOOR WILL NOT CLOSE OR LOCK, LEAK UNDER THE BATHROOM SINK, FRONT DOOR BROKEN WITH NO WEATHER STRIPPING AND NO THRESHOLD, CEILING FALLING IN THE BEDROOM, BROKEN FUSES IN THE FUSE BOX, LEAK UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK, NO PROPER ADDRESSING, NOV TO GO OUT.

THE ENTIRE PARK IS IN BAD SHAPE WITH SPLICED MAIN POWER LINES, GARBAGE AND DEBRIS THROUGHOUT THE PARK, UNSAFE WORK WITHOUT PERMITS BEING DONE, TRANSIENTS LIVING OUT OF GROCERY CARTS, ETC. NEEDS TO BE A SABER.
