TENANT DOES ALSO STATE THE SAME, A PLUMBER WAS AT SITE. TENANT ALSO STATED HE WANTS OUT OF HIS LEASE AT THIS UNIT. AFTER MORE REVIEW I FOUND A WOODEN BOX THAT COVERED THE WATER METER AND SEWER CLEAN OUT, HERE I DID FIND RAW SEWAGE AND PAPER WASTE, AREA BEING APPOX. 3X3 OF RAW SEWAGE. PARK MANAGER AND THE TRAILER OWNER DID SHOW UP TO SITE, AT THIS TIME "DRAIN MASTERS" ARE IN ROUTE TO ADDRESS:

THE OWNER IS AT WORK AT THIS TIME, YET IS SENDING A PLUMBER TO SITE TO REVIEW IF THERE IS AN ISSUE AGAIN. (DRAIN MASTERS) CASE WAS ABATED WHILE INSPECTOR CRAIG WAS AT SITE - NOTICE WAS GIVEN AT SITE TO MANAGER AND SIGNED- SYSTEM WAS CLEARED YET, PLUMBER STATED IT IS FILLED WITH COOKING GREASE - CONTACT # FOR DRAIN MASTERS 690-9881 (DUTCH) JIM HURD WAS CONTACTED AT SITE HE HAS A PENDING NOV ON INSIDE ISSUES AND ELECT, METER SERVICE, PER HIS STATEMENT. RESIDENT IS AN EDERLY WOMAN WHO SPEAKS SPANISH ONLY, CALLED AND TALKED INSPECTOR LOPEZ, INSP. LOPEZ DID TALK WITH RESIDENT AND EPALAINED WHAT I WAS DOING THERE AND WHAT THE COMPLAINT WAS, RESIDENT STATED THAT SHE HAS LIVED THERE FOR 3 YEARS AND OWNS THE MOBILE HOME AND THAT SHE DID NOT CALL IN ANY COMPLAINT, SHE HAS NOT PROBLEMS, NO ISSUES AT THIS SITE PER RESIDENT. NO NOTICE & ORDER ISSUED

TALKED WITH RESIDENT JOHN WHO STATED THAT THEY JUST MOVED IN 1 WEEK AGO, AT THIS TIME HE HAS NOT FOUND ANY ISSUES ON INTERIOR OF UNIT BUT DID STATE THAT A FRIEND CAME OVER AND TOUCHED BOTH SIDES OF THE FENCE AT SAME TIME AND FELT A SHOCK, I TOUCHED BOTH SIDES OF FENCE NOTHING HAPPENED, WIGGLED FENCE STILL NOTHING, I LOOKED AT METER AND FOUND THAT THE SUPPORT POST HAS DETERIORATED AT THE BASE AND DOES NOT HOLD METER IN PLACE AND IS LISTING TO SOUTH, BEING HELD UP BY SERVICE BOX AND DIRT. ALSO HAS WATER LEAK AT MAIN SUPPLY, ALSO HAS OPEN SEWER LINE AT CLEAN OUT. LOOKED AT INTERIOR SUB PANEL, MISSING FRONT DEAD PLATE, MISSING EMERGENCY 50 AMP DISCONNECT.NOTICE & ORDER TO BE ISSUED.

DID TALK WITH RESIDENT WHO STATED THAT ELECTRIC BILL JUMPED FROM $27.00 IN FEB. TO $126.00 IN MAR. ALL UNITS ARE INDIVIDUALLY METERED, OFF MASTER METER, OWNER PAYS BILLS THEN CHARGES RESIDENTS AFTER READING METERS, LOOKED AT METER AND SUB PANEL FOUND NO PROBLEMS AT EITHER, RESIDENT WILL HAVE TO TALK WITH OWNER ABOUT BILLING, POSSIBLE MISS READING OF METER. NO NOTICE TO BE SENT
