Notified by email from Diane Herron (12-29-04) that gas had been turn on w/o inspection. Phoned Ed Fine at SW Gas (794-6131) and he confirmed that the gas had been turned on, and that the SW Gas technician had done a gas test and safety test of the appliances. Rather than inconvenience the customer I will accept the SW gas test results and approval. |

NOT READY - UNIT #1301 HAS GAS ON. UNIT #1101 HAS NEW PIPING AND A GUAGE NEARBY, BUT IT IS ON ALSO. EITHER THE PERMIT WA TAKEN OUT IN ERROR OR SOUTHWEST GAS ACTIVATED THE GAS IN ERROR. |
