We are beginning to receive calls in regard to new construction that has seemed to have gone up over night. I'm not sure which address is correct for this new construction. It is either 7255 or 7225 E. Broadway. Bill Balak has referenced this new construction as World of Tile. It sits just North of JoAnn's. The calls that we are receiving is that there seems to be drainage problems with the mounds of dirt that have been moved around due to construction. I guess with this morning's rain there were issues of drainage. Neighbors are also concerned of the detention basin that sits just west of the new building.

Would you be able to take a look at this site and update us of any findings you may find.
