NO INSPECTIONS HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED FOR THIS SITE SINCE IT WAS LAST INSPECTED IN 2017. THERE HAVE BEEN CHANGES MADE TO THIS SITE THAT ARE NOT REFLECTED ON THIS SET OF APPROVED PLANS. THIS SITE WILL NEED TO BE PLACED BACK INTO ISSUED STATUS, REVISED DRAWINGS NEED TO BE PROVIDED FOR ALL CHANGES THAT HAVE BEEN MADE, AND THEN THE SIGHT NEEDS TO SCHEDULED FOR A NEW INSPECTION WITH THE REVISED DRAWINGS. |
