10/27/2005 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Items that need to be addressed:
1- Clean track-out on the northside of site.
2- Contain deteriorating straw bales.
3- Install stormwater controls northside of site, also return current controls to working order.
4- Contractor will need to schedule a inspection when stormwater boxes are cleaned and concrete place around. Per contract drawing 202B.
Spoke to Ron site super in regards to issues.
10/14/2005 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Partial Approval Contractor needs to keep up with general maintenance on site. Also discussed the moving of the H.C. ramp 10 feet the east to meet slope conditions. Will meet on site Monday 10-17-05 at 1000 hours with super and engineer.
09/29/2005 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Partial Approval No concerns at this time.
Trash and silt in street but contractor is sweeping site.
09/08/2005 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Partial Approval Contractor has cleaned catch basins out and made repairs to silt fence. Contractor has started to clean silt out of street and parking lot. Contractor still needs to finish sweeping street and parking lot and replace straw bales.
Contractor to call in a re-inspection for 9-14-05 Wed.
